Return and Exchange of Products Purchased Online from ALEX YVN

Products purchased online can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

1. In Yerevan, the product can be returned to the store/showroom from which the order was delivered. Information about the branch is indicated on the purchase receipt.

2. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product:

has not been used,
has retained its original and proper condition,
has all tags attached and the purchase receipt is available.
