The soft, airy consistency of the finished porridge resembles snow, which settles on the surface in small, fluffy lumps.

Store at temperatures from +3 to +25°C and relative humidity no more than 75%. After opening, store in a dry place under the same conditions for 2-3 weeks. Close the bag tightly after each use.
